Jamie Lynn Ross, CHRP

Jamie Lynn has been working with Mason Capital since February 2016, providing administrative and operational support to James Sinkeldam and Jeffrey Charbonneau and their clients. Additionally, she spent four years working for a global Private Equity firm as an HR Generalist, supporting the North American teams and portfolio companies, followed by two years in talent acquisition. She has played a significant role in establishing HR programs from the ground up. Now, she offers HR & recruitment business advisory services through Mason Capital while continuing to manage all administrative and office functions.

Jamie Lynn completed her Honours Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, along with a minor in Political Science from the University of Guelph. Additionally, she has earned a diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University, as well as her CHRP designation. Jamie Lynn has also served as the marketing manager for a start-up business, received formal training in graphic design and conceptual processes from Sheridan College, and holds certifications as a Predictive Index Practitioner and Birkman Certified Professional.

In her leisure time, Jamie Lynn enjoys learning about a wide range of topics, spending quality time with her husband and her pug, and exploring new wines and cheeses. She is also a staunch advocate for human rights, the environment, and animal welfare.
